Isaac Matidza is a Registered and experienced professional in Real Estate and Management with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry both local & international (Ndlala Mass Valuation Services – Johannesburg South Africa). Isaac boasts of 10+ years experience in real estate industry. Skilled in Lease Administration, Property Valuation, Real Estate Development & Management, Estate Agency, Land Audit, and many more. Surveyor Isaac Matidza holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Management-Real Estate Management from Mzuzu University, Malawi, Master of Management in Business Administration from School of Economy & Management, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) in P.R China.

Dr. Mtafu Manda
Urban Planner
Dr Mtafu Manda holds a PhD in City Planning from the University of Cape Town. He also holds a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of London, post graduate diplomas in housing from Erasmus University and population studies from University of Botswana apart from a BSoc Sc from University of Malawi. His extensive experience of 30 years spans central & local governments, development programs, NGOs and Consultancy with expertise in urban planning, environmental & social impact assessment, disaster risk management, urban policy analysis and community capacity building.
